Sal Marino is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Charles IT and host of One Pour Problems, where local leaders share real business insights over their drink of choice. Since joining Charles IT in 2017, he’s helped grow the company from 16 to over 100 employees and boosted revenue from $4M to $25M. Outside of work, Sal gives back as a high school Ultimate Frisbee coach and co-founder of LEAD CT. He lives in Middletown with his wife, two daughters, and their dogs—and has a passion for bourbon and great conversations.
